Trauma Recovery and Healing Services

Trauma recovery is not one size fits all. The services below are shaped around the different ways trauma shows up and the different containers people need to do the work. Browse the offerings to find the one that fits where you are, or book a free consultation to talk it through first.

Trauma Recovery Services

One-on-one sessions built around the steady, relational depth that individual work makes possible.

Individual Trauma Recovery

Somatic and Mind-Body Work

Body-based practices that draw on somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, breath, and movement to help the body complete what it could not integrate at the time.

Couples and Family Trauma Support

Relational sessions for partners and families focused on understanding how trauma moves between people and what it takes to soften those patterns together.

Complex PTSD Recovery

Focused support for clients carrying the weight of prolonged or developmental trauma, with sessions shaped to meet the long, layered nature of the work.

Group Trauma Recovery

Group-based approaches to trauma recovery and healing in a safe, relational setting alongside others walking similar terrain.

Spiritual Counseling

Meaning-centered guidance for clients exploring the spiritual dimensions of healing, including questions about purpose, identity, and the larger story your trauma is asking you to live into.

Survivor-practitioner-led work for individuals healing from sexual trauma, guided by someone who understands this terrain from the inside.

Sexual Trauma Recovery

Trauma and Addiction Recovery

Trauma-informed support for clients whose healing is tangled up with compulsive patterns, with sessions that hold both threads at once.

A Network of Care Beyond the Practice

No single practitioner is the right fit for every need. When clients are working through something that calls for a modality outside this practice, Malachi draws on a trusted network of specialists offering approaches like EMDR, NLP and hypnotherapy, psychiatric care, bodywork, equine and animal-assisted work, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (PAT), functional medicine and nutrition, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Referrals are made thoughtfully and only when the work would genuinely be better held elsewhere.

Looking for Something More Focused?

For clients carrying experiences that need a more focused container, the practice also offers specialty areas like work with male survivors of sexual trauma, support for women and non-binary clients living with Complex-PTSD, and intensive session formats for individuals and couples.

Workshops, Retreats, and On-Demand Courses

For healing experiences outside the rhythm of weekly sessions, the practice also offers workshops, retreats, and on-demand courses. These work as standalone offerings or as a complement to individual and group work.

If you are a clinician, healthcare provider, or healing practitioner looking to deepen your trauma-informed practice, the practice also offers workshops, professional training, and a multi-level certification through the Harmony Network.

Begin When You Are Ready

If a service feels like the right starting place, the next step is a free consultation. If you are still not sure which one fits, the conversation itself is often where the right path becomes clear.
